Before You Purchase

All sales are final. We allow 24 holds and approvals to ensure customer satisfaction. Holds and approvals are only valid for 24 hours. Customers are responsible for measuring to accommodate their purchases. Natural occurrences may occur on wooden case-goods.

After You Purchase

We do not store or deliver. Our warehouse team can load your vehicle (customers must secure items within vehicle) or we can refer you to a third party delivery/storage company. We must have 48 hour notice on all pick ups. Purchased items must be collected within 7 days of customer’s purchase date.

Pricing

Pricing and sale promotions are only valid during applicable dates. Promos cannot be combined or honored to previous purchases.

Custom And Special Orders

Custom orders are made to customer specifications and cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled.
